TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions, as detailed below, take precedence and supersede any other information presented on the Frank Faruk Sampling website or elsewhere.

1. All Sales Are Final

All transactions conducted through the Frank Faruk Sampling website are considered final and non-refundable.

2. License Agreement

By utilizing our paid libraries, you are bound by the End-User License Agreement (EULA). For users of The Free Orchestra, compliance with the respective end-user license agreement for TFO is mandatory.

3. License Transfer

Each product license issued by Frank Faruk Sampling may be transferred to another individual user once. A nominal license transfer fee is applicable. Please refer to our FAQ section for more information.

4. Support

Frank Faruk Sampling manages all pre-sale and post-sale support and correspondence via email. You can anticipate a response from us within 24 hours on business days. Please note that Frank Faruk Sampling does not provide phone support or assistance.

5. Currency

Customers located in the United States and Canada are billed in US Dollars, while all other customers are charged in Euros. Currency determination is automatically based on geolocation. All Euro prices listed on the website exclude VAT.

6. Downloadable Orders

The following terms and conditions exclusively pertain to downloadable orders:

For Direct Download orders, all library downloads are made available through the Decent Sampler website and/or a direct browser link. Please ensure that your internet connection is capable of downloading files exceeding 100MB. While Frank Faruk Sampling will offer reasonable assistance, it is not held legally responsible for unusually slow connections and is not obligated to provide an alternative delivery method.

It is the customer's/user's ultimate responsibility to securely store and back up the downloaded products. While Frank Faruk Sampling will offer reasonable assistance, it is not under a legal obligation to provide re-downloads or future product shipments.
