End User License Agreement (EULA)

The following End User License Agreement applies to all purchased Frank Faruk Sampling libraries:

• License Grant: You buy it, you use it, but only you. Use the sounds in your music, shows, or broadcasts without extra fees. Install on up to three of your computers or samplers.

• No Sharing: Don't resell, give away, or share the library or its sounds. Don't modify and share the sounds either, even in other formats or software.

• Our Stuff: We own the sounds, you just get to use them.

• Back It Up: Before anything else, make a backup copy. Lost your library? We've got your back, provided you've backed it up. Proof of purchase required for replacement.

• Use at Your Own Risk: You're responsible for how you use the library and any software that comes with it. We're not liable for any problems.

• Follow the Rules: The license starts when you buy or open the library. Break the rules and you lose the license. Return everything if that happens. If it's stolen, report it to the police and tell us.

• One Transfer Only: You can transfer the license to someone else, just once, for a fee.

• We're Watching: We take piracy seriously. Misuse our stuff, and we'll take legal action.

• UK Law Applies: This agreement follows UK law. Any disputes will be handled in a UK court.

• We kindly request your adherence to these terms and conditions to enable us to allocate our time to developing new sounds for your future projects.

• Demo Songs: Any demo song included with this library is copyrighted by Frank Faruk Sampling and cannot be used by the user without explicit permission.
